Blogs can improve your customer service, not just boost your rankings.

Tuesday, April 7, 2009 by Lindsey Bailey
The explosion around blogging has typically centered around SEO and driving qualified search traffic online.  While business blogging is terrific in those two areas...if you think outside the box a little bit, you can leverage them for so much more.  The one thing customers of every industry, niche, and sector always complain about is.....customer service!  Or in some cases...lack thereof.  What about using your company blog to directly communicate with customers and improve that one thing that every company strives to be the best at.  Satisfying their customers so that they remain their customers time after time.

Also....after reading this article on Chris Brogan's site, why not also use to get new ideas for product development lines?  I know being a relatively new company like we are here at Compendium Blogware, we are constantly using client feedback to put new things on our deveopment docket.  They ask....we implement!  That makes customers feel as if they have a say in the direction the product/service they're paying for is headed.  What is better customer service than that?!
