You can have a draft to pick your bloggers. In fact, you can use any means to pick the employees that will contribute.

Ask them to do it - you can just intigrate blogging into your employee's daily working schedule

Ask for volunteers - You'll find that some of your employees are bloggers already, why not let them talk about their job?

Make them do it - obviously this is the most malicious way to go about making sure blogging is being done.

I'm not really saying any one of these ways is best, but you will find that your employees will probably be more than willing to contribute every now and then. Another thing to keep in mind is the more the better. The reason that I say this is that if you have two people putting up two posts a week, that is only 8 posts a month. If you have all your employees blogging a few times a week, can you imagine the content that YOUR employees are putting up?!? Your employees are intelligent people, that like to talk about their job.
