- XMLHttpRequest HTTP Feature Tests - Awesome page (despite the javascript). This page runs a series of functional tests for client-side HTTP libraries (such as XMLHttpRequest and Microsoft.XMLHTTP). It tries doing a bunch of things with different HTTP methods (PUT, DELETE, HEAD, etc) as well as how the browsers behave under different response conditions (301,302,etc). Very useful.
- mnot’s Web log: What to Look For in a HTTP Proxy/Cache - A discussion of the different things to look at when evaluating an appropriate HTTP Proxy/Cache. Talked a bit about squid, lighttpd, and nginex.
