Hi! My name is Kristen Raves and I am one of the Client Success Managers at Compendium Blogware. It is my job to ensure every client understands the value in the blogging applications we provide. My role is to motivate clients to post fresh content, help them track and analyze their blog, and to work toward the ROI they want to see from the blogs.
