Congratulations to Shelly at BabyPlus for joining their team.  Shelly joined this wonderful group a few months back and has really shown her abilities and skills.  Moreover, she has been a shining beakon through blogging!  Blog best practices says that an individual should post at least 2 times a week.  Shelly has gone above and beyond.
