How do you motivate your writers?
I would like to learn a little from our clients. I know what we do here at Compendium - contests, contests, contests. As a User and not an Admin, I can speak for myself and say some contests motivate me to write content and others do not.
I was thinking about it though, what is about those contests that motivate users - is it the reward, is it the fear of public humiliation in front of my co-workers for not playing. And why do some work and others do not? I am not really sure what motivates me to write content some days and not others.
We all know that content drives our blogging programs. So, ensuring that everyone is doing their part and helping bring brand awareness through the corporate blog is imperative to your blog's success.
