Great article from Search Engine Watch Blog: Realtor Century 21 Moving TV Advertising Spend to Online Advertising.
I loved this article for 2 reasons:
1. The article reiterates what myself and my colleagues blog about on a daily basis: Online marketing is where your return on investment lies. It's 100% measurable and more cost effective than offline mediums such as TV.
2. One of our nearly 300 clients happens to be a Century 21 franchise based out of Indianapolis, IN. Century 21 Sheetz began blogging with Compendium in October 2007 and they are seeing some strong organic search results.
I'll be anxious to see the result of this move and look forward to other companies taking this charge. Do you know of other brands who plan to make a shift from offline to online in 2009? Maybe you?
