I keep this quote close by, because as we focus on our corporate blogging software and message a primary benefit targeting SEO, often we get questions that range from:
"What are your revenue targets for 2012?" to "What happens if the Search Engines Change Their Algorithms?"
Our answer to these and the many other questions is pretty much always the same: Keep our heads down, do good work and good things will happen.
Stay ethical, stay flexible, communicate openly...and measure everything!
At the end of the day, success happens because you have great products that solve real problems (with a great ROI). But execution is ultimately the challenge most businesses fail to anticipate. Scale, systems and ultimately focus on client success.
