Stan has waay more than 10,000 hours in data driven marketing.Stan is really telling us that this is the best time ever to be focused on the core fundimentals of marketing. Email is still the most used web application. We know of course that search is a very close second. Ignore the noise and focus on the tools that prove ROI.
Stan is using Amazon as an example of best practices...overall Retail is down 30% yet Amazon shows an 18% increase. Business needs to compete on the tools that their customers want to engage with.
Remember, the main online activity other than email is search. People are out there by the millions asking for your help.
