Indianapolis is a great place to start a company...software or otherwise. Our costs are low, our people are smart and our quality of life is great...almost perfect.
Another benefit is that if you are part of a fast growing technology startup you get a lot of free publicity. I just found this video that I don't even remember doing on a State Technology Association Site. It's a great commercial about Corporate Blogging and of course the solutions we offer with Compendium Blogware.
I also talk about the community and my quality of life. I guess my point here...and how I'm trying to make this relevant to blogging best practices is that it's usually not ok to talk about your cat in a business blog, but it's probably ok to talk about your company in terms of your community.....I think :-)
