Guess Who? Yep that is right, I am back from my blogging hiatus. Believe it or not I actually turned into everyone of you who have said at one point or another "I just don't have time to blog" I hate to admit it but it is true.....
but here is the thing,
As inconsistent as I have been with my blogging effort, Compendium as a company has been great! Ahhhh the reassuring feeling of sharing the blogging responsibility!
Seriously, not everybody in your organization is going to be the best blogger. Heck, some may never blog AT ALL! The point is, if you don't allow those who enjoy it to do it you will never know who they are.
We live in an age of limited resources in most businesses. Time, money, and people seem to be scarce these days and most business count on the efforts of a select few to keep the doors open and lights on.
